30 days to go

I always weigh in on a morning. Yesterday was an exception as I needed a kick up the a***.
So good morning and I weighed in at 21st 10 1/2lb.
Not too bad but still 10 1/2lb to shift in 30 days. I’m wondering if I try and aim for 20st 13lb. I’m not convinced just yet but I’ve got some days to consider it.
So I’m back on it, I’ve started writing everything down. I’ve got a small pad which will fit in my bag.
So things I need to be aware of today is stay focused, stay within or less than my syn allowance, lots of free food and plenty of water. May even go swimming tonight.
